What the Property Accelerator actually is

A 12 month mastermind and mentorship that helps you implement what you've already been trained to do, and actually get results in property.

It's all online. No travelling anywhere, no hotels.
One live call a month, on a Sunday.
8 people maximum, so everybody gets proper one to one time in a group setting.
You tell the room what you're doing that month. Next month you come back and say whether you did it.
When you're stuck on something real, you bring it to the call and the room gets on it with you.

A direct to vendor deal in June. The vendor was being repossessed and the eviction notice had already been served, so there were 3 weeks to exchange. I got on the emails with her. They exchanged inside the 3 weeks and he kept his house.

That price buys a venue, a team, the catering, everybody's hotels and travel, and an events operation behind all of it.
All of it is real money, and somebody has to pay for it.
None of it is the help.
I've taken all of it out and kept the part that does something for you.

The guarantee

Do the work we agree, and if you haven't hit your goal in 12 months, you don't pay another penny. You stay in the room for free until you do, for up to another 12 months.

Before you apply

I've bought things before and never used them.

So has everybody in that room. A course sits on a shelf because nothing happens if you ignore it. Here something does happen. You've told 8 people what you're doing this month, and I'll be asking you about it next month.

I work full time. Can I keep up?

Yes. It's one Sunday afternoon a month, about 2 hours, and the whole thing is built for people doing this around a job.

I haven't got any money to invest. Is there any point?

That's usually the first thing we work on. I built a portfolio using joint ventures and creative finance with none of my own money, and getting you funded is one of the main things the room does.

I haven't bought anything yet. Am I too early?

No, as long as you've had the training. Being stuck before your first one is exactly what this is for. If you've had no training at all, this isn't the right place to start and I'll tell you so.

I'm between deals at the moment. Is it still worth it?

That's when it earns its place. Between deals is where most people stall, and stalling is the thing this exists to stop.

It's 12 months. What if it isn't for me?

12 months is deliberate, because nothing meaningful in property happens in 8 weeks.

And there's the guarantee behind it. Do the work we agree, and if you haven't hit your goal in 12 months you don't pay another penny. You stay in the room free until you do, for up to another 12 months.

What if I can't make a session?

Every one is recorded and tagged, so you watch it back. You still send me what you're working on either way, and you've got me on WhatsApp in between.

What happens after I apply?

I read it myself, usually the same day, and I assess it properly. If I've got any questions I'll come back to you.
